Delivered With Care

All items are gift wrapped in a matt black box tied with ivory satin ribbon. A gift card will be enclosed with every order. Please let us know if you would like a message hand written on the gift card.

Children's jewellery will be sent in an amethyst coloured box with ivory satin ribbon and a gift card will be enclosed as well.

Our Products

Every effort has been made to represent the products accurately, however, each piece has been made individually and some variations can occur. Semi-precious stones often do not match exactly adding to their unique quality. We cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser, software or computer system used by you, the customer. All sizes are approximate.
All of the designs are automatically protected under "Design Right" and remain our intellectual property which means that to use these designs for any purpose without our permission would be an infringement of UK Patent Law.
The images on the site are for informational purposes only and are automatically protected by UK copyright law. They should not be downloaded or printed for any purpose other than legitimate use related to the company.
Any infringement of design right or copyright (such as use by other jewellers) would entitle us to take civil action in court with a view to seeking damages.

Returns Policy

If you are not happy with anything you buy from Bish Bosh Becca please return them to us within 7 days. We will be happy to exchange or refund providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Earrings are non refundable for hygiene reasons, except in the unlikely event they are faulty.

Making Returns

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to: Bish Bosh Becca, Bramhill, Newlands Rd, Ruishton, Taunton, Somerset. TA3 5JZ.
When returning items we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Prices and Payment

All prices are in £ sterling and do not include UK VAT. We accept online payment via debit card, credit card or by cheque. Payment is made with my payment service provider, Paypal. You will be directed immediately to their secure server for immediate authorisation. Once we have received authorisation from my Payment Service Provider we will dispatch your order. Credit card details are not recorded or stored in my database, or viewable by any of my staff. If paying by cheque, please send it to the above address, made payable to Bish Bosh Becca. We will post items to you as soon as your cheque has cleared.

Postage

Products will be sent out to you by:
1st class recorded delivery and bfpo £2.95
or
Special next day delivery £5.50 (orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched same day with delivery by 1pm the following working day. Orders placed after 12pm will be posted the next working day)
or
Airsure to non mainland UK,Europe  and worldwide £6.00
 Where Airsure delivery is not available the order will be sent by International signed for.

We aim to despatch next working day and will do our best to fulfil this.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.
